Friday, 22 May 2026 – Arrival & Welcome Evening

🛬 Individual arrival via plane, train, or car.

 

🎉 Evening BBQ – Hosted by our RT37 President
⏰ 18:00–23:00 | 📍Private courtyard in central Vienna
Kick off the EuroMeeting with a cozy courtyard BBQ at the home of our RT37 President.
Enjoy:
• Roast suckling pig or grilled chicken
• Vegetarian options available
• Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Great vibes with our DJ spinning all evening
• Lounge area with seating and high tables

 

🍸 From 23:00 – Afterparty
Just a 3-minute walk from the BBQ, we’ll continue the night in a traditional Viennese bar, exclusively reserved for RT37 guests. Expect a warm atmosphere, good drinks, and even better company!

Saturday, 23 May 2026 – Exploring Vienna & Gala Night

 

🌇 Morning & Midday: Hosted Tours through Vienna’s Old Town
Our local Tablers and professional city guides will personally take you through Vienna’s historic city center, sharing fascinating stories, fun facts, and hidden gems along the way.
• Visit some of Vienna’s most iconic landmarks
• Lunch at one of the world-famous Viennese Würstelstände
• Dessert at a traditional coffeehouse – delicious Kaiserschmarrn served in true Viennese style
• Free time until 17:00 to explore, shop or relax

🚋 Evening: Gala Tram & Dinner at Vienna City Hall
⏰ From 17:00
At 17:00, we’ll all board a historic Viennese tram (“Bim”) for a private ride that takes us directly to the Gala Dinner at Vienna’s magnificent City Hall (Rathaus).

Once there, enjoy:
• A 3-course dinner in stunning architecture
• Wine, beer, and soft drinks included
• Music and atmosphere by our event DJ
• Short speeches, great company, and an unforgettable Viennese night

💃 Afterparty (optional): For those with energy left, the night continues at Volksgarten Club, one of Vienna’s most iconic venues.

Sunday, 24 May 2026 – Picnic & Prater Adventures

 

🌳 Morning: Picnic in the Prater Hauptallee
Meet for a laid-back picnic under the trees of Vienna’s famous Prater park.
• Drinks, burrito food truck & snacks
• Fun outdoor games and relaxed vibes

 

🎢 Afternoon: Prater Adventures
We’ll visit some of Vienna’s most famous attractions in the Prater amusement park – from the Giant Ferris Wheel to classic rides and carnival fun.

 

🍺 Evening: Brewery Tour
Later, we’ll head to Vienna’s largest brewery, the Ottakringer Brauerei, for a guided tour and a few well-earned beers.
 

🎤 Evening: Mini Song Contest

A legendary Round Table-style talent night!
• Volunteer acts and live audience voting
• Prizes and plenty of fun
• Snacks, drinks and energetic atmosphere
• Lighting, decoration and RT37 vibes included

Monday, 25 May 2026 – Farewell & Breakfast

🍳 Goodbye Breakfast
Wrap up the weekend with a warm and cheerful breakfast at a traditional Viennese café.
• Reserved tables for the group
• Coffee, pastries and a heartfelt farewell moment
